This policy outlines our obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) and OHS Regulations 2017, and our commitment to continuous improvement in WHS performance.
In the context of thermal performance assessments, quotes, insulation installation, and draughtproofing, we recognise the unique hazards associated with working in residential properties, at heights, in confined spaces (e.g., ceilings, subfloors), and with various materials and equipment. We are dedicated to implementing robust WHS practices to mitigate these risks.

This policy applies to all Enfort staff, contractors, subcontractors and volunteers involved in our operations, including those undertaking thermal performance assessments, quotes, insulation installation, and draughtproofing activities.

Enfortโs WHS obligations are governed by:
Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).
Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (Vic).
Enforced by WorkSafe Victoria.
We also reference:
Miscellaneous Award 2020 for employment conditions that impact WHS (e.g., fatigue management).
Relevant Codes of Practice (e.g., Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Asbestos Management).

Allocate resources and ensure compliance.

All workers will receive WHS training relevant to their roles:
General WHS induction.
Task-specific training (NatHERS, insulation, draughtproofing).

Supervision will be provided, especially for new or high-risk roles.
