A Home Energy & Comfort assessment rates your home's comfort and energy use. You are provided with a detailed written report which includes recommendations that are tailored to your home. The assessment includes:
ยท How your home performs thermally compared to other homes.
ยท How well your fixed appliances perform, including hot water and heating and cooling systems.
ยท An overview of possible draught sources.
ยท The quality of your insulation and where it is placed in the home.
ยท Your experience of the home and any priority areas you have identified.
The initial home audit can take up to 3 hours and then Jarrod will use this information to provide you with a multi-page report and star rating for your home.
